All Of US Women seeks to address political issues by constructing a social agenda within a space that recognizes and prioritizes all women and their experiences. We stand in solidarity with all that are oppressed and “othered” by patriarchal white supremacy.

We, as women, are laying a new foundation, creating a new vision for what it means to build liberation for all and defining for ourselves who we are in the midst of constant challenges.

We look forward to coming together as a supportive community based in social justice for all.

All Of Us is a Black-led grassroots organization founded in Schenectady, NY, at the intersection of a global pandemic and a national reckoning with racial injustice. Rooted in the fight for Black liberation and systemic change, our mission is to strengthen marginalized communities and dismantle racism, oppression, and exploitation—uniting people across social and political divides.

Our work spans advocacy, civic engagement, and leadership development, all grounded in deep community relationships. We empower individuals through political education, non-violent direct action, and coalition building, while also using arts and media to shift narratives and elevate marginalized voices.

From leading Black Lives Matter mobilizations to advancing non-carceral public safety solutions, our programs aim to transform how communities address harm, build power, and reimagine justice.
