ABOUT ALL OF US
On February 15, 2020, All Of Us launched online and in communities across New York’s Greater Capital Region.
All Of Us is a Black-led, majority LGBTQIA+, grassroots community organization committed to Black liberation and the dismantling of racism, oppression, and exploitation in all forms. We bring people together across intentional division; including race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, language, ability, country of origin, geography, and economic status to build collective power rooted in the lived experiences of those most impacted by systemic injustice.
Founded in Schenectady, NY, at the intersection of a global pandemic and a national reckoning with racial injustice, All Of Us centers community voices as the foundation for change. Our work prioritizes marginalized communities across the Greater Capital Region while contributing to broader transformation throughout New York State.
Through advocacy, civic engagement, and leadership development, we equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to organize for change. We offer free leadership development, political education, and organizing workshops that empower people to participate in nonviolent direct action, coalition building, and community-driven decision-making.

We create spaces where communities can share their experiences, access information, and shape solutions that reflect their realities. Our strategies focus on grassroots organizing that applies public pressure to decision-makers, advances policy change, and elevates community-led solutions in the public narrative.
Working in partnership with local groups and coalitions, we share networks and resources to strengthen collective impact. From supporting Black Lives Matter mobilizations to advancing non-carceral approaches to public safety, our programs reimagine how communities address harm, build power, and pursue justice.
