About Us

On February 15, 2020, All Of Us launched online and in the community.

All Of Us is a Black-led, majority LGBTQIA+, grassroots community organization fighting for Black Liberation and an end to all forms of racism, oppression and exploitation. We unite people across intentional divisions such as but not limited to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, language, abilities, country of origin, geographic region, and economic status. We work to create change for the benefit of the people based on the voices and experiences of the people, especially those amongst us most hurt by the current systems and structures of racism, sexism, exploitation, and oppression. We are committed to a strategy that prioritizes the voices of the marginalized in localities across the Greater Capital Region of New York, building toward change within New York State as a whole. All Of Us works in partnership and coalition with other community groups and organizations, sharing and uniting our networks and resources.

We provide free leadership development workshops, as well as free political education and organizing skills workshops. We create space and opportunity to hear from those in local communities, providing them information and asking questions to facilitate development of the solutions that will best fit, and come from, the communities that are most marginalized and oppressed. We create strategies based on organizing people in local communities to apply outside pressure on the decision-makers who have the power to enact changes to policies, procedures, and laws, as well as ensuring the issues and solutions are known to the greater public.
